This valve should clean up quite nice. The reserve side is stuck. Valve is all there. Back in the early 70s this valve sold for over a display can show history of scuba gear.

The on off handle turns nicely. More vintage scuba valves just listed. Uncovered another batch.

The tank valve was my fetish scuba collectable. Only a fool would dive without depth compensated reserve valve, and SPF for back up. Calling parts as will need service.
