Diaphragm intact, no perforation; exhaust valve leaflet's smooth. Regulator tuned to 1.7 WC specification is 1.4-2.0 at 136 psi Intermediate pressure. C-clip exchanged for stock used serviceable item as existing clip had significant chrome loss.
