The tank has never failed a hydro stat or VIP, but since it is out of date and empty, I make no claims about passing inspection. The tank itself is out of hydro stat date and it currently empty, so would have to be hydro stat'd before use. It is physically in good shape, with the accompanying holster and mouth guard.

Tank is shipped empty, zero pressure. The refill nozzles alone run for around stamped data reads: Tc-3alm-207 dot-3al m4073 03 a 4 illegible characters.
